We place hospitality, healthcare, retail and facility staff with employers across Malta — and prepare every candidate for the Skills Pass before they fly.
Malta is our most active European corridor. It is an English-speaking EU member state with a tourism-driven economy, which means a constant need for chefs, waiters, bartenders, housekeeping staff, carers, retail workers and facility teams — roles our Dubai and South Asia candidates already have real experience in.
Malta also has one requirement most countries do not: third-country nationals working in tourism and hospitality need to complete the Malta Skills Pass. We built our own training portal specifically so our candidates walk into that assessment prepared instead of guessing.
Skills Pass is where most candidates lose time. Candidates who walk in unprepared often need a second attempt, which delays the whole file. That is exactly why our Learner Portal exists — see the Malta Skills Pass training page.

Yes. Many of our Malta placements are UAE residents already working in hospitality or facility roles in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Your UAE experience is genuinely valued by Maltese employers.
It is a combined work and residence permit for third-country nationals, applied for by the employer in Malta through Identità. It is tied to that employer and role, which is why changing jobs later requires a new application by the new employer.
It commonly takes a few months from a complete submission, but the honest answer is that it depends on the season, the sector and how complete the document pack is. We give each candidate an estimate for their own case and update them as it moves.
Yes. English is an official language of Malta and is used in contracts, government services and most workplaces. Learning a few Maltese phrases such as Bongu, Merhba and Grazzi is appreciated but not required.
No. It is illegal for an employer in Malta to hold a worker's passport or identity documents. If that happens, DIER can be contacted free of charge. We brief every candidate on their rights before departure.
It depends on the role, employer and your experience. Malta has a national minimum wage that is reviewed annually, and sector rules can set higher minimums. We always show the actual contracted salary in writing rather than quoting an attractive range.
Send your CV and we will tell you honestly whether your experience fits current Maltese vacancies — or explain which corridor suits you better.
